I ordered peony flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. They arrived in HORRIBLE shape!!! Most were already dying, still in bud form. Some were already completely dead, others had brown spots, & they all looked wilted. Plus, one had broken off of its stem, & was just hanging there. My mom went ahead & prepared the flowers, & place them in water, in hopes they would bounce back. She just called me saying they look even worse. Incredibly disappointed with this company. I requested for new fresh-alive peonies sent out, or all of my money back.

I received a sunflower bouquet from my son on Mothers Day. They came all wilted and died the next day. The other flowers in the arrangement we dried flowers. When I sent my son a picture of the arrangement, he said they were nothing like he ordered. When I reached out to the about, that told me I must not have cared for them they way they instructed. Well how can you care for flowers that are already dead!!!???

DISAPOINTMENT

are the attached pictures what to be expected after only FOUR DAYS Supplied senders name as requested. Flowers were drooping in two days shedding in three days. Very disappointed in quality. Sender was my Daughter (Kristen Campbell) as a Birthday Gift. I think you should refund the sender the entire cost of the Flowers,Shipping if any and Sales tax if collected. My daughter has ordered flowers for me from you for several years now and they have always been beautiful until this last delivery. They arrived on Friday and were in very poor condition. I am not asking for new flowers but believe my daughter , Susan Papanicolaou, should be reimbursed. As I had to trash them yesterday.

I purchased flowers for Valentines Day and they botched the delivery so bad they had to refund me for having to pick up my flowers at a FedEx facility. Their website automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription. They refused to refund after enrolling me in a monthly subscription without my knowledge. Its against their policy to refund it. Would not recommend! Go to a grocery try store and by some flowers instead!

User's recommendation: Use ANY OTHER SERVICE! Go buy then yourself! Go to a field and pick your own!

Valentines flowers not yet delivered

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 14th, its the 15th and they still arent here. I tried to contact the company but they dont answer the phone. Dont waste your money using this company. Cant believe Robert Herjavec invested in this company.

Odd company

In fairness, I can't tell which Bouqs I'm reviewing. It appears that it's a franchise. I've ordered four bouqs in the past week, some still pending delivery. So far, no complaints. I'll update this when Valentine's Day is over, but meanwhile, WHAT IS UP WITH THE RESTRICTIONS ON MESSAGING???? It's just annoying. I added a note, "Will you be my Valentine?" Unacceptable. Why? No "special characters allowed! WHAT??? I added a note, saying, "Happy Valentine's Day, from guess who?" Yes, no question marks allowed, so I took that out, and deleted the "guess who" phrase as well. Now, it's "Happy Valentine's Day, from "The Jack of Hearts." Guess what? Quotation marks are, apparently, "special characters." WTF? (where's the food - etc,) I am right back where I started from. No fun allowed? No whimsey? Just send the flowers. Pay the money. Say your name. THE END.

DBouquet delivered is not what I ordered. I paid approximately $82 for this bouquet. Very Poor customer service. I would rate them as a 0/5 stars. I, also, never received a bouquet that I ordered.

Flowers were dead no one at customer service

Flowers were dead. No one answered at customer service. My daughter obviously paid good money because there were a lot of dead flowers. After reading reviews I am obviously not the first person to have this problem.
